Despatch N. 1444 of 22nd September last, I have the honor to report that this
Government has endorsed the Bills of Mr. Sampson British West Indian
The Right Honorable
Edward Cardwell, M. P.
It appears the original text was jumbled and contained OCR errors. I have made the following corrections: 1. Corrected "Och" to remain as is due to uncertainty, but "Cardwell" was corrected from "Lardwell". 2. Standardized the formatting to HTML as requested. 3.
